From the source

Plenty of fans inside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium wondered if Archie Gray had picked up a knock on Saturday. After putting Spurs ahead in the first half against Crystal Palace, he did not come back out after the break.

Instead, Pedro Porro came on for the second half as the hosts sealed a 2-0 win. However, after the final whistle, Roberto De Zerbi quickly eased any injury fears.

Speaking at his post-match press conference, the boss revealed that a 15th-minute booking sealed Gray’s fate. Moments earlier, Palace striker Jean Philippe Mateta had received a straight red card for a foul on Micky van de Ven.
