From the source

Former Everton striker Beto has come in for harsh criticism following his performance in Fiorentina’s loss against Inter Milan, being dubbed ‘a shadow’ of his former self and ‘like a child’.

Everton signed Beto from Serie A outfit Udinese in August 2023 for a fee of €25m, with the striker committing to a four-year deal with the Toffees.

After scoring 25 goals in 112 appearances for the Toffees, the 28-year-old brought his three-year spell at the Premier League club to an end by completing a deadline-day move to Fiorentina.
