From the source
Bayern Munich made a bold move this summer by promoting Arijon Ibrahimović to the first team as the squad’s backup left-winger for the season. However, the experiment failed quickly after a poor pre-season showing, which was enough for the club to decide that Ibrahimović simply wasn’t up to the task of being the team’s backup left-winger.
After Ibrahimović left the squad, no immediate replacement was brought in, leaving a gap in the team and increasing the pressure on Luis Díaz to perform.
This left many fans expecting the club to make a transfer in the winter window to fill that void. Unfortunately, it appears the club might not share that same sentiment.
