From the source

Tottenham‘s Under-21s came from behind to beat Middlesbrough 2-1 in Premier League 2 on Sunday, with Elisha Sowunmi scoring in the third minute of stoppage time.

The game was played at Boro’s Rockliffe Park training centre after being moved forward a day from Monday, and Storm Boelo, the second named storm of the season after Austen, made conditions awkward.

Boro led on 16 minutes. A free kick from the right was met by James Wilson, who nodded into an empty net after goalkeeper Samuel Archer came for it and missed out.
