From the source

Tottenham Hotspur have finished the ticket ballot for the Premier League clash at Sunderland on Sunday, November 29. Roberto De Zerbi’s side visit the Stadium of Light for a 2.05 pm kickoff, with 3,110 away spots available.

Season ticket holders needed at least 285 points to get a ticket in the away end. Ambulant fans needed 200 points, while every wheelchair applicant got a spot.

To help fans with the long trip north, club partner bp is offering £10 coach travel through its Away Fan Travel Fund. Supporters with a match ticket can book seats early on a first-come, first-served basis.
