From the source

Chelsea are reportedly preparing a ‘massive bid’ to sign Barcelona midfielder Fermin Lopez. Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are both weighing up approaches for the 23-year-old, in the belief Barcelona could be tempted to cash in, amid economic issues.

According to CaughtOffside, both clubs are preparing proposals with PSG set to table an ‘offer worth around €80million’. The report states that Chelsea are also considering a ‘massive bid’ for Lopez, who has started the season in fine form.

The Spain international has scored four times and provided three assists in nine La Liga appearances, for a Barcelona side who have averaged four goals per game under Hansi Flick.
