Manchester United supporters are not giving up on the team despite the 2-0 defeat to Chelsea. A strong but wasteful first half was offset by a woeful second 45 minutes at Stamford Bridge, with Manchester United losing 2-0.
Morgan Rogers scored early in the second half before Lisandro Martinez gave away a penalty and was sent off, with Cole Palmer doubling Chelsea’s lead.
At the end of the game, Manchester United’s away fans expressed their support towards Michael Carrick. Zinny Boswell reported: “The Man Utd fans drown out a smattering of booes by chanting ‘We love United we do’ as the players go over to thank them.
