From the source

Nassef Sawiris has really been coming to the fore as Aston Villa chairman recently. It was only last week that Villa, signed off by Sawiris, revealed they'd be taking legal action against Jamie Carragher.

The Villa hierarchy feel as though the Sky Sports pundit insulted the club and its supporters. Speaking on the Stick to Football podcast, Carragher told Villa fans - in a more expletive nature - to be quiet after suggesting Unai Emery would be interested in becoming Man United boss.

Whether you agree with Villa and Sawiris' response to this is another debate, but it did show a burning passion from the Villans chair to defend his club.
