Source context
Koni De Winter has shared thoughts on tonight’s big game between AC Milan and Inter, insisting that the Rossoneri are confident in their abilities. Wednesday’s clash was a misstep for Milan, to say the least, as they suffered a 4-2 defeat in front of their home fans. Instead of boosting their confidence and improving the situation in the standings ahead of the derby, they were faced with a lot of criticism. De Winter was one of the players who didn’t have the best of games against the Rossoblu, committing a silly mistake just before Genoa got back into the game. As such, he will surely look to prove the doubters wrong tonight. Speaking to DAZN just a few minutes ago, as transcribed by MilanNews, De Winter insisted that Milan are still confident in their foundation.
