Arsenal eyeing sensational move for £190m world-class attacker

Arsenal’s need for a world-class attacker has been well documented over the past couple of seasons. Mikel Arteta himself referenced that lack of special individual quality in the final third as a reason as to why they fell short of the Champions League back in May.

The Gunners went into the summer with the intention of being ruthless in the market, deciding to sell Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli. However, only Christos Tzolis came in — a relative unknown.

And the Greek winger’s injury has now highlighted just how thin Arsenal are in attack. Noni Madueke filled in admirably against Leeds, but it’s clear that a new top left-winger is needed.
