From the source

After helping Tottenham Hotspur avoid relegation on the final day last term, Roberto De Zerbi was backed heavily in the transfer market by the club’s hierarchy to turn the situation around.

Still, Spurs endured an underwhelming start to the season and went six games without a win. Things have started changing since October, with the Lilywhites winning three consecutive games ahead of their tricky test at Leeds United.

The North Londoners brought in Savio and Omar Marmoush from Manchester City in the summer to bolster their attacking unit. However, Savio has struggled with injury problems, while Marmoush has managed only one league goal thus far.
