Matheus Cunha is the toast of Manchester United after his two late goals gave Michael Carrick much-needed breathing room, but all wasn’t well at full-time.

Much has been written about Michael Carrick’s uneasy relationship with Matheus Cunha, be it due to his tactical profile or a personality mismatch. However, at Old Trafford vs Roma, all was forgotten when the Brazilian dragged United to three points with two late goals.

At full-time, Carrick could be seen giving Cunha his marching orders, telling him to go straight to the dressing room, preventing him from being a part of the winning celebrations.
