Morgan Rogers was absolutely sensational for Chelsea on Saturday afternoon as the Blues star opened the scoring against Man United – and Joe Cole admits he was wrong about the £117m man.
That’s now 10 goals and assists in 12 games since completing a British record move to West London. Rogers has equalled the number of goal involvements as Mason Mount has at Man United in 80 games.
Obviously, Rogers thrives when Chelsea play well. But this is a player already taking on a leadership role since he arrived at the club, taking games by the scruff of the neck.
