From the source

Jamie Carragher has expressed his frustration with Alexis Mac Allister’s reaction during Liverpool’s encounter with Arsenal, after the midfielder appeared to exaggerate an incident involving Noni Madueke in an attempt to get the Gunners player sent off.

Mac Allister was one of Liverpool’s most involved players during the match, frequently getting on the ball and attempting to create opportunities for his team.

The Argentine midfielder, like several of his teammates, was frustrated by Arsenal’s defensive resilience and struggled to find a way through their organised backline. Liverpool were desperate to find a breakthrough and had also been hoping to receive a penalty during the contest.
