Ahead of AC Milan’s game against Ferencvaros, a live training session was hosted and a few details have filtered through. It’s a big game in the Europa League tomorrow; a win would keep Milan in the race for the top eight, anything else will force them to prepare for a Round of 16 knockout tie.
It’s a difficult position to be in. Nevertheless, Ruben Amorim is expected to rotate his squad a little bit, with the average age of his team expected to drop by at least four years, compared to the 28-year-old average of Saturday’s team that won the derby.
Almost everyone trained today, as MilanNews relays, barring a few out with injury – Pietro Terracciano, Matteo Gabbia, Fikayo Tomori, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Alexis Saelemaekers and Samuel Chukwueze – but they were also joined by the absent Strahinja Pavlovic.
