From the source

Serie A leaders Lazio will be without captain Mattia Zaccagni for several weeks after reports he was diagnosed with a muscular lesion, but there was better news from teammates.

The Aquile are the unexpected team three points clear at the top of the table after 10 rounds, having broken away from Inter and the chasing pack.

Zaccagni limped off during the 2-1 victory over Cagliari at the weekend and it was assumed this was just a knock. However, Sky Sport Italia and others report that initial tests have shown a lesion to the muscle in the left thigh.
