It’s been something of a constant in the mercato that the Rossoneri could offer him a place to call home and maybe rediscover the hope that his early career showed.
This summer was maybe the closest that it’s been, though. After reports that he was going to leave Udinese , the Diavolo looked like a prime candidate to move for him, given their desire to sign a left-footed attacking midfielder.
