When Real Madrid won their fourth consecutive Champions League game on Wednesday night with a 3-2 triumph over AEK Athens, they weren't playing the best football, but with yet another comeback, they got the job done and were able to secure three points in a game that had quite a few flaws, but also quite a few really big positives.
It is worth looking into the latter more than the former. Everyone is going to be talking about what Real Madrid did not do right, because that is part and parcel of the press, and that also includes this website.
However, there is some appreciation to be shown for some of Real Madrid's players who play on Wednesday night and were able to prove themselves in one way or another.
