From the source

Chelsea are reportedly planning to make a move to sign Liverpool and Arsenal target Alex Scott, as per TEAMtalk. Having endured a dire campaign last term, the Blues decided to appoint Xabi Alonso as the new manager this summer.

However, Chelsea have displayed inconsistent performances under the Spanish boss thus far this season. The West London club are currently fifth in the Premier League table with 13 points from eight games, losing three.

They have even conceded 15 goals. So, it appears Chelsea are planning to reinforce the squad this winter to continue the rebuild under Alonso’s guidance.
