Serie A Preview: Napoli vs Frosinone – Team News, Lineups & Prediction

Stadio Diego Armando Maradona sets the stage for a high-stakes Serie A clash between Napoli and Frosinone. There’s little margin for error for Massimiliano Allegri in Saturday’s fixture, as his future at the club hangs by a thread.

Despite taking charge of Napoli in the summer, Allegri has already come under heavy scrutiny. The former Milan and Juventus manager has overseen just two wins in the first five Serie A rounds (D1, L2), and the Partenopei faithful are putting pressure on Aurelio De Laurentiis to relieve him of his duties.

A 1-1 draw at Fiorentina just before September’s international break left Napoli six points adrift of table-topping Roma, and there’s a feeling that another slip-up here could spell the end of Allegri’s tenure in Naples.
