Good news for FC Bayern: Jamal Musiala has taken an important step toward his comeback. The offensive player returned to team training on Thursday for the first time in five and a half weeks.
This brings the 23-year-old’s return to the soccer field a big step closer. This is welcome news for the Munich club. Musiala was injured on September 24 while warming up before the German national team’s Nations League match against the Netherlands.
A torn muscle fiber in his right thigh subsequently sidelined the national team player. Since then, he has been working intensively on his recovery at Säbener Straße, initially completing individual rehab and running sessions.
