Inter Milan is set to face Fiorentina in their next Serie A fixture on Sunday at the San Siro as they look to go top of the table.

Inter Milan faces a significant squad selection dilemma as manager Cristian Chivu navigates a growing injury crisis ahead of the clash at San Siro. The Nerazzurri will be without their captain and star forward, Lautaro Martínez, who remains sidelined until mid-November with a severe hamstring strain picked up in European competition.

Further complicating matters, Brazilian winger Luis Henrique became the latest casualty after sustaining a left thigh adductor strain during Friday’s training session. French defender Benjamin Pavard is also ruled out as he continues his recovery from his own adductor trouble.
