From the source
Manchester City head coach Enzo Maresca singled out Brajan Gruda and Antonio Nusa following his side's hard-fought 3-2 win against RB Leipzig on Wednesday. Leipzig fought back twice on the night, with the mentioned duo causing the visitors huge problems before Erling Haaland eventually sealed all three points.
Speaking to DAZN after the match, Maresca acknowledged that his side did struggle at the Red Bull Arena. For some moments, I think we controlled quite well, but for some moments we struggled a little bit,” the Italian admitted.
“But again, it's a Champions League game. Germany away, i's always difficult. So happy with the three points.” When quizzed on the tactical challenges presented by Leipzig, Maresca identified Gruda and Nusa as the two main threats.
