From the source

Chelsea took the lead in their penalty shoot-out defeat to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night. They went ahead in the 40th minute through a Morgan Rogers penalty, which was awarded after a foul on Moises Caicedo.

However, they were not in front for long. Cody Gakpo swiftly equalised after Liverpool were handed their own spot-kick shortly afterwards. It would have really frustrated Xabi Alonso, given how avoidable it was.

Liverpool were awarded their penalty after a handball from Wesley Fofana, and former Crystal Palace striker Clinton Morrison could just not believe the central defender’s hand was up in the air.
