The Lilywhites enjoyed a sunny Autumnal session at the training ground as they stepped up preparations for Wednesday night. Martin Ho and his squad are looking to bounce back quickly in the Subway Players Cup following domestic disappointment.

Tottenham Hotspur Women were officially back out on the grass this week. The first team squad hit the training pitch at Hotspur Way on Tuesday afternoon to take part in a sunny Autumnal session.

The players were hard at work as they stepped up their physical preparations ahead of a crucial away day. The team has had to mentally and physically reset incredibly quickly following a narrow 2-1 weekend defeat against Arsenal in the league.
