From the source

Napoli star Kevin De Bruyne was subbed off in an away game against Juventus with a sprained ankle, while Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Weston McKennie suffered adductor injuries.

Juventus and Napoli had to make several substitutions during their meeting at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday night. Napoli’s De Bruyne and Di Lorenzo were substituted at half-time, both due to fitness problems.

Sky Sport Italia reports that De Bruyne suffered a sprained ankle, while Di Lorenzo picked up an adductor injury. Gazzetta reports that Juventus midfielder McKennie also suffered an adductor injury and was replaced at half-time.
