The story in brief

Milan have been dealt their fair share of injury blows just in the last week or so, with Matteo Gabbia and Alexis Saelemaekers confirmed to be out for months .
Despite this, they might not be the side with the worst injury situation in Sunday’s game against Atalanta. The former Rossoneri man Franck Kessie has already been ruled out for the game, as has Giorgio Scalvini, which is far from ideal for Maurizio Sarri as they have been starters so far.
