Arsenal defender now has the second most goal contributions in Europe

The Italian defender has become a more attacking presence than many expected, using his ability to carry the ball out of defence and create opportunities in the final third.

Arsenal signed him because they believed he could progress the ball effectively and help the team build attacks from the back. So far, Calafiori has demonstrated those qualities, making himself a valuable option in both defence and attack.
