‘The Failed Manager Of Middlesbrough’ – Richard Keys Lays Into Michael Carrick

Richard Keys has criticised Manchester United manager Michael Carrick following his underwhelming start to the season at the helm of the Premier League side, dubbing him ‘the failed manager of Middlesbrough’.

The former Middlesbrough boss took charge in January and guided Manchester United to third place, earning a nomination for Premier League Manager of the Season after collecting more points than any other side following his arrival.

This season, however, has proved far more difficult, with the Red Devils sitting 13th in the league table on six points from six matches, having managed just one win so far. @media only screen and (max-width:42em){#videoAd{min-height:382px!important}#snack_dex7,#snack_mex7{max-height:50px!important;max-width:320px!important}}@media only screen and (min-width:42em){#videoAd{min-height:480px!important}#belowVideoAd{min-height:120px!important}}#videoAd{background:#f9f9f9}#belowVideoAd{background:#f9f9f9;width:100%} Enjoying this story?
