The story in brief
23-second readThe interest in Lucas Bergvall’s signature is heating up ahead of the January window, even though the midfielder only signed a new contract with Tottenham in the summer.
The 20-year-old was heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham in the summer, but he not only ended up staying but also ended up extending his deal.
However, the midfielder has only started two of Spurs’ six Premier League games this season: their opening-day defeat at Brentford and their 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.
