Richarlison did something classy after shock Tottenham U21s appearance

Tottenham forward Richarlison has earned glowing praise from Cheltenham Town’s coach and supporters after displaying real class in the EFL Trophy tie with Spurs’ U21s.

Richarlison has been making the best use of his time after being frozen out of the Tottenham Hotspur first-team squad following a series of failed transfer moves in the summer.

Attempts to secure a move to Turkey, Dubai and Brazil all fell through, leaving the Brazilian in north London. The striker is not part of Spurs’ Premier League squad and is ineligible to feature until the FA Cup begins in January, following Tottenham’s elimination from the Carabao Cup.
