Bellingham posted on his official Instagram account, saying 'Congratulations, Skip!' to Harry Kane. Bellingham is a Real Madrid player and teammate of Kylian Mbappé, who was a runner-up for the Ballon d'Or.

This of course comes fresh off a special night for the Bayern Munich goalscorer on Monday. After making the trip back to his home country of England for the 2026 Ballon d’Or ceremony, Kane beat out the competition of La Liga pair Lamine Yamal and Kylian Mbappé to be named world football’s best player for the last 12 months. Messages of congratulations, in turn, have since come pouring in for the 33-year-old from across the world of football. And as alluded to above, amongst those to have sent his best Kane’s way was one of runner-up Kylian Mbappé’s teammates at Real Madrid.
