The story in brief
33-second readBy: Oliver Fisher If he wasn’t already in the spotlight, Nicolò Tresoldi’s hat-trick at San Siro against Inter has made him the man of the moment.
By his own admission, it was a dream night for Tresoldi . Not only did he score a hat-trick in the most prestigious club competition – the Champions League – but he did so in a personal derby given that he has made no secret of being a Milan fan.
His stellar start to this season and last night’s exploits have raised questions about his future. Club Brugge tends not to forcefully hold onto their talents in the event of a call from the big clubs, and a transfer is likely between January and next summer.
