Source context
Niko Kovač knows exactly what awaits Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, but that does not mean BVB are heading to Munich without belief. For the first time in a long time, Dortmund will travel to the Allianz Arena level on points with Bayern Munich, adding another layer of intrigue to an already massive Der Klassiker. “After a very, very long time, we have the opportunity to travel to Munich and play a game in which we are level on points. That certainly makes things much more exciting, but no less difficult. Bayern Munich are the benchmark, not just in Germany but also in Europe. We have to perform at the very highest level.
