From the source

Lazio's comeback win over Cagliari has left Inter chasing the Serie A leaders after a single weekend. The Nerazzurri now head into a Champions League trip to Feyenoord without a share of first place.

Inter’s derby defeat has already cost them a share of first place. A late winner at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday left Gennaro Gattuso’s side alone at the top of Serie A.

Inter are second, three points behind. A day earlier, the two clubs were joint leaders. Inter’s 3-1 loss to Milan at San Siro opened the door, and Lazio walked through it at once.
