From the source

Max Dowman is serving a three match domestic suspension following his red card against Fleetwood Town, with Arsenal failing to overturn the decision on appeal.

As a result, the youngster will be unavailable for domestic selection for some time. However, the suspension does not apply to the Champions League, meaning Dowman remains eligible for Arsenal’s upcoming meeting with Slavia Praha.

Supporters will be hoping to see him feature in the European fixture. Had he been available, Dowman would likely have had an opportunity to be part of the Arsenal squad that beat Liverpool at Anfield at the weekend, particularly with Christos Tzolis only just returning from injury.
