From the source

Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing a No.9 to strengthen their attacking options during the winter transfer window. Spurs explored the signing of Marseille forward Amine Gouiri during the final days of the summer transfer window, but a deal failed to materialise because they couldn’t offload Richarlison or Dominic Solanke.

Richarlison’s future remains particularly uncertain, with Tottenham prepared to facilitate his January departure. His potential exit could create the necessary space for the club to launch a move for a striker.

Last month, Tottenham scouts were reportedly in attendance at the Deutsche Bank Park to watch Younes Ebnoutalib (who plays a bit like Miroslav Klose) in action for Eintracht Frankfurt against FC Koln.
