Mikel Arteta, Ezri Konsa and Declan Rice have all been nominated for the Premier League’s October awards after Arsenal won all of their three league matches during the month.

Arteta is in contention for Manager of the Month, while Konsa and Rice have both made the eight-man shortlist for Player of the Month. Voting closes at 12pm GMT on Monday, November 9 (links for voting at the end).

Arsenal’s league record in October gives Arteta a strong case. His side beat Leeds United, Nottingham Forest and Everton, scoring five goals and conceding only once.
