From the source

Liverpool did not start well against Arsenal on Sunday, with the Reds looking nervy and frantic in the face of the Gunners’ control. One of the biggest culprits was young Trey Nyoni, who was thrown into Liverpool’s midfield in what was a big call from Andoni Iraola.

Nyoni started like a young player desperate to make a point, biting into a couple of early tackles which left Arsenal players on the floor.

Watching on for Sky Sports, Gary Neville noticed that Gunners manager Mikel Arteta was not too pleased with what he’d seen from the 19-year-old. After Nyoni outshone Ryan Gravenberch in the Carabao Cup win over Chelsea on Wednesday, there had been a feeling that Iraola could throw him in for the visit of Arsenal.
