Pellegatti: Gila could be used ‘in the centre’ if Tomori finds ‘best form’

By: Oliver Fisher The upcoming run of games could see Fikayo Tomori finally make his return to competitive action for AC Milan, Carlo Pellegatti believes.

Tomori has had a strange past couple of months . The English defender was initially dropped from the squad and then place on the market, only to be reinstated in the final days of August after failing to engineer an exit.

With Milan also not managing to get a defensive reinforcement over the line – failing in a late €40m bid for Sporting CP’s Goncalo Inacio – Ruben Amorim made the decision to fully welcome Tomori back into the fold.
