From the source

Barcelona finally ended their Champions League clean sheet drought with a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa, bringing an end to a run of 18 consecutive matches in which they had conceded.

Joan Garcia played a decisive role in the achievement, producing an important save against Johan Manzambi when the Catalans were leading 1-0 to prevent Unai Emery’s side from getting back into the contest.

Notably, the result marked Barcelona’s first clean sheet in the competition since their 4-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund in April 2025. Barcelona’s attacking performance attracted attention, but Garcia’s contribution was equally important.
