Real Madrid scored first through Athenea del Castillo and then Lineth Beerensteyn doubled their lead. Bayern's Edna Imade pulled one back after a corner by Klara Bühl.
Bayern continued to press for an equalizer and had several chances, including a blocked shot and a wide shot from Klara Bühl and Linda Dallmann respectively. They eventually equalized when Momoko Tanikawa scored from a rebound after Linda Dallmann's shot was saved.
Both teams had chances to win after the equalizer but failed to score, with Bayern coming closest in stoppage time through substitute Sophie Proost, whose shot hit the post. Bayern dominated possession and chance generation but were grateful not to have been punished harder for their early lapses.

Source context
Bayern Munich came back from two goals down to draw Real Madrid 2-2 on Wednesday on Matchday 3 of the UEFA Women’s Champions League league phase. Real struck first and early through a bit of in-the-box wizardry from Linda Caicedo in the seventh minute. With the ball at her feet, the Colombian magician knocked it hard toward the byline and turned on the jets to escape a corral of three Bayern defenders—reaching it just before it fizzed out of bounds and airdropping it directly in front of goal for a sliding Athenea del Castillo.
