Xabi Alonso has been speaking to the media ahead of Chelsea’s game against Everton, where he was asked about his team’s midfield options now that Reece James is out.
He said in his presser yesterday that his team had enough depth, and he repeated that line today. “We have enough options in midfield, with Romeo [Lavia], [Valentin] Barco – they have played this season – and now we have Moi and Hendo back,” Alonso said.
