Why some Real Madrid board members are already turning on José Mourinho

Sections of the boardroom at La Liga giants Real Madrid are already growing frustrated with the efforts of José Mourinho across the season to date.

This comes for a whole host of reasons, on and off the pitch alike. Real Madrid have of course endured something of a hit-and-miss campaign all told to date.

Across 10 fixtures in all competitions, Los Blancos have emerged triumphant all but twice. Their performances along the way, however, have too often left a lot to be desired, lacking cohesion and a consistent pattern of play.
