Nick Woltemade scored again and provided an assist as Juventus were held to a 2-2 draw by Rennes in the Europa League last night. The Newcastle loanee was named man of the match, with his equaliser making it three goals in three European appearances for the Italian club.

Starting alongside Randal Kolo Muani for the first time, Woltemade needed just five minutes to make an impact. His well-timed pass released Zeki Çelik behind the Rennes defence, allowing the defender to put Juventus ahead.

Mousa Al-Tamari equalised ten minutes later before Boulaye Dia's penalty gave the visitors a 2-1 half-time lead. Woltemade brought Juventus level in the 67th minute, sending his penalty straight down the middle after Bryan Reynolds had handled a Nico Gonzalez header.
