Amorim: ‘Milan have played better, Camarda needs to improve his explosiveness’
Story updated
The story in brief
33-second readRuben Amorim says that it was a ‘good evening’ for Milan after a 4-0 victory away against RB Salzburg in the Europa League , but insists that the team and several individuals, including Francesco Camarda and hat-trick scorer Alphadjo Cisse, still have plenty of room for improvement: ‘We’ve played better in other games, but today we managed to score goals’.
Cisse became the youngest ever Italian to score a hat-trick in a major European competition to send Milan 3-0 up in Austria on Thursday night, with Goncalo Ramos coming off the bench to add a fourth before full-time.
This was Milan’s first Europa League victory of the season following a 2-0 defeat at home against Benfica prior to the international break.
