Liverpool have reportedly explored a move for Valencia forward David Otorbi, but David Lynch has questioned whether the young winger is a realistic transfer target for the Reds.
Speaking to Dave Davis on Anfield Index’s Media Matters podcast, Lynch admitted he knew little about Otorbi and was unconvinced that Liverpool would be in a hurry to pursue the deal.
His comments came amid reports that the Merseyside club were prepared to trigger the teenager’s €30 million release clause, only for Valencia to move quickly to strengthen their contractual position.
