AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale spoke to CBS Sports before the derby win over Inter, pledging to bring the club back to the summit of football.
On Halloween night, the Rossoneri ensured that Inter’s derby nightmare continued as Milan won their fourth consecutive victory in the fixture, extending the unbeaten run against the Nerazzurri to eight meetings in the process.
All of the damage was done in the first half. Christian Pulisic struck in the fourth minute with a header, Adrien Rabiot scored from a corner six minutes later, Alessandro Bastoni halved the deficit and then Diego Moreira converted a lovely free-kick to reopen the two-goal advantage.
