From the source

For the second time this season, Manuel Neuer posted a clean sheet in the Champions League. Bayern Munich’s stout defense only forced Neuer to make three saves in the 2-0 win over Atletico Madrid.

Neuer’s shutout was paired nicely with goals from Lennart Karl and Konrad Laimer, and the Bavarians leave Spain with three crucial points. Karl’s game winner ended a scoring drought from his previous seven appearances for Bayern.

Prior to this match, the 18-year old attacker had only contributed one goal and two assists all season. In the postgame interview (via @iMiaSanMia), Bayern’s team captain squashed any controversy around the teenage goal-scorer.
