From the source

Barcelona summer signing Karim Adeyemi has been left out of the Germany squad for their upcoming UEFA Nations League matches by manager Jurgen Klopp. However, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, currently on loan at AFC Ajax from the Blaugrana, has been called up.

Germany face off against Serbia on 13 November away from home before hosting the Netherlands on 16 November at home in their two Nations League fixtures this season.

Adeyemi had been called up by Klopp during the first international break of the ongoing season, following a solid start to his stint at Barcelona after arriving from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
